Children’s Custom Art

This is one of the most creative and cheapest crafts out there. You can use an old pair of flip flops or get a pair from the Dollar Tree. The best part is that this craft is waterproof.
You will need:
1 pair of flip flops
1-2 pack(s) of water balloons
Instructions: All you have to do is double tie knots onto sandal until completely filled. You can also you pieces of material, custom gems, bows, or a simple flower.
