DIY Cupcake Halloween Costume for Toddler Girl with Battery Operated Lights and Sprinkles

This is from an upcycled tank top over a piece of cardboard taped with duck tape and stickers. Then topped with poly stuffing and pom poms. The stuffing is wrapped with a strain of battery operated lights.
